Based on the findings of an unannounced, on-site hospice Medicare recertification survey conducted July 26, 2021 through July 28, 2021, Medi Home Hospice, was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113,Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness.
